Lou Shibai  婁師白  (1918 - 2011)

At the age of 14 he beagn to study art with Master  Qi Baishi -  a great master of Chinese painting. He was near by Qi Baishi for 25 years. All these years  Shibai studied poetry, paintings, calligraphy and engravings in the home of his master. Therefore their styles are similar.  They are good at painting flowers, birds and fruits. Their works have participated in the national art exhibitions. They have been invited to lecture in schools of art such as Singapore and the United States.
